On March 2, 2025, Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani presented cheques totaling over N375 million to 10 communities as part of the Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACReSAL) Project. Each community received $25,000 (approximately N37.5 million) from the Community Revolving Fund to invest in climate-smart, rain-fed agriculture. The benefitting communities include Anchau, Kuzuntu, Kubau, Zuntu, Jenau, Likoro, Jaja, Hunkuyi, Kudan, and Danmahawayi. citeturn0search3The ACReSAL Project, supported by the World Bank, aims to enhance agricultural resilience by promoting sustainable practices in semi-arid regions.
