The Third Arab Land Conference, held from February 18 to 20, 2025, in Rabat, Morocco, concluded with the adoption of the Morocco Declaration for Land Governance. This declaration outlines twelve concrete measures to enhance land governance across the Arab region, including promoting regional cooperation, developing inclusive land policies, and advocating for women’s land rights.

The conference brought together over 430 in-person participants, more than 40 government representatives from 17 countries, and over 7,000 online viewers. Key initiatives launched include the Arab World Academic Network of Excellence, aimed at enhancing knowledge in land administration, and a strategic handbook on housing and property restitution for refugees and displaced persons.
