Governor Dapo Abiodun has announced that the Ogun State Independent Power Plant (IPP) will be completed within the next eight weeks. Speaking during an inspection of the project, he emphasized that the power plant will boost electricity supply, enhance industrial growth, and improve the state’s energy sustainability.
The project, part of Ogun’s broader energy strategy, aims to reduce reliance on the national grid and support businesses with a stable power supply.
