Renewed Hope Initiative Projects
The Federal Government of Nigeria, in collaboration with the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), has inaugurated a Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) women’s empowerment programme. This initiative aims to benefit 18,500 women across all six geopolitical zones of the country. During the launch, Mrs. Tinubu, who serves as the National Coordinator of RHI, emphasized the programme’s commitment to enhancing the socio-economic status of women, thereby contributing to national development. The empowerment scheme focuses on providing skills acquisition, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial support to women, aligning with the broader objectives of the SDGs to eradicate poverty and promote gender equality in Nigeria.
