Since 2019, Jane Odonwodo has been at the forefront of global talent development, bridging skill gaps and fostering international collaborations. As the Local HR Partner for the Digital Explorers program, funded by the EU, she addressed ICT talent shortages in the Baltics, providing upskilling opportunities and strengthening cross-cultural integration.
Building on the success of phase one, Odonwodo led the second phase in 2023, expanding the program’s reach and aligning skill development pathways with the growing demands of the ICT sector in the Baltics. Her expertise further extended to the IOM MATCH project in 2022, enhancing the talent exchange between Nigeria and Europe, particularly within the Nordic region.
In 2024, Odonwodo spearheaded ArchCGI’s operations in Nigeria, fostering local talent capable of meeting global standards for major clients like Siemens and Sony. This initiative positioned Nigeria as a key hub for digital art talent. Furthermore, her role in establishing TeleSoftas in Nigeria and co-founding Get Global Africa showcases her commitment to global talent mobility and sustainable workforce development.
Through her consulting firm, WorkFlow Consult Ltd, Odonwodo continues to offer bespoke HR services to startups and established businesses, helping them build resilient, innovative teams. Her vision for the future includes strengthening international partnerships and investing in continuous learning to adapt to technological advancements.
